(January 2021) This blue gem is called the Reinhardt Bygget (Vestre Strandgate 12) and is very easy to miss on a tour of Kristiansand. To stumble across it you would be most likely be heading to the ferry port and very focused on the complicated route along the waterfront to find the correct entrance for your embarkation. But, if you are lucky you will have missed the entry for your journey and you will have to circle the street to reposition yourself in the correct lane. Thus, you will be allowed a second chance to gaze upon this neo-Gothic wonder. Built as 1896 by Oslo architect Christian Furst, it is now the city`s sustainability center. If you are a company working on global effort of sustainability there is rental space open. A spectacular building to work in for a spectacular cause.
